In the end, all worked out great, and we have a wonderful puppy we are loving having in the home. Healthy and happy! But a number of things I was told to be with turned out to be not the case, which made for a lot of uncertainty. I was told, for instance, that I could pick up the puppy at the breeders – could not happen. But in the end, it all worked out great.

Overall our experience was positive! Our puppy is a well socialized, very healthy and happy little girl. The breeder obviously spent time handling her and she is very trusting. We did not get the 2 week photo updates that were promised and that was disappointing, and our puppy was exhausted by the time she arrived which was understandable since she traveled a long way to get to us. She also had a few fleas, probably from the courier.

La seule chose que j'aurais vraiment aimé plus, c'est si la merveilleuse couverture pour chiot qui a été envoyée avait pu être donnée à l'éleveur à l'avance afin qu'elle puisse venir avec Sophie et avoir l'odeur de sa mère dessus. Je pense que cela aurait été très réconfortant pour elle lors de cette très longue journée de voyage, puis de ses premières nuits là-bas lorsqu’elle s’est installée.
